Storage & Use:

• Ties are intentionally long – trim to your liking ✂️
• Apply a universal waterproof spray to keep your bag fresh 💦
• Store flat, avoid hanging to prevent stretching, and keep out of direct sunlight

Hand Wash (Recommended):

• Use mild detergent in cool water (max 30°C) Gently clean, then rinse thoroughly
• Do not soak, scrub harshly, twist, or bleach 🚫

Machine Wash (Not Recommended):

• May affect the shape/texture
• If needed: use delicate mode, low temp, no spin, mild detergent, and place in a laundry bag

Drying:

• Do not wring. Pat dry with a towel, reshape, and dry flat, away from heat or sunlight 🌬️

Because of this custom process, we don’t accept returns or exchanges.

If something’s not right — your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered — just reach out within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll fix it right away. 💌
